Beyond Keywords provides digital services only. We do not sell physical products. There is no shipping, no delivery, and no returns in the traditional sense.

This policy explains when refunds are available, when they are not, and how to request one if you believe you are entitled.

Our services are digital and require significant preparation work

All paid services from Beyond Keywords involve real diagnostic and analytical work that begins before, or at the point of, delivery. This is why our refund policy is limited and why we are clear about the conditions upfront.

We are committed to delivering what we promise. If you have a genuine concern about the work delivered, we want to hear from you. Contact us at hello@beyondkeywords.co before assuming a refund is unavailable.

Refund eligibility by service

AI Visibility Snapshot

The AI Visibility Snapshot is a free service. No payment is taken and no refund applies.

AI Visibility & Credibility Intensive.

• If you request a refund before the initial intensive findings are delivered to you, a full refund will be issued.

• Once the initial intensive findings have been delivered, no refund is available. The diagnostic work has been completed and the core deliverable has been provided.

• The six-week progress tracking period that follows the initial intensive is part of the same engagement. It is not refundable separately.

AI Visibility Signal Sess (90-minute session)

• If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, a full refund will be issued.

• If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session, no refund is available. Time has been reserved and preparation work completed.

• If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund is available.

• If Beyond Keywords cancels or needs to reschedule a session, you will receive either a full refund or a rescheduled session at your choice.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us by email at hello@beyondkeywords.co with:

• Your name and the email address used at purchase

• The service you purchased

• The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Australian Consumer Law

If you are an Australian consumer, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that this policy does not override. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a service has a major failure. You are also entitled to have problems with a service fixed if the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

No physical goods or shipping

Beyond Keywords does not sell or ship physical products. All services are delivered digitally by email or online. There is nothing to return.
